Every word this documentation uses as if you already knew it. If you run into one mid-page, come back here.

The basics

The web app you sign in to with your email: optimind.darkfunnels.ai. Everything this documentation describes happens there, except what is marked “from your assistant”.
Your automatic salesperson. It has a name it introduces itself with, a way of speaking, a script and a WhatsApp number. If you sell two very different things, that is two agents.Your first agent
Another name for the whole agent. In the dashboard you will mostly see “agent”; on some screens and in the connection for assistants you will see “funnel”. They are the same thing: the salesperson with its name, its number and its playbook.
The AI that lives inside the dashboard, in the drawer on the right. It builds your first agent by chatting with you and helps you correct it. Do not confuse it with “your assistant” (Claude or ChatGPT connected from outside).

The script

The agent’s script, and the screen where it is edited (side menu → Playbook). It is what you will touch most. It keeps versions, so you can go back. The sales playbook
Each stretch of the script: greeting and understanding what they are after, presenting the product, settling the price, closing and taking the details. The agent advances from chapter to chapter according to what happens in the conversation.
Everything the agent replies to one message from the customer, even if several messages go out in a row. A turn has a cap of 12 messages and files count inside it; if the text does not fit, the ending is joined into the last message (it is not lost).
The mark you write inside a chapter to say where a file goes out: ###SEND_FILES: catalogo###. Written correctly, the customer does not see it: it is replaced by the file. If it is missing a character, it comes out written as it is in the chat — which is why it is best to insert it with the playbook’s Resources button and not by hand. The file Library
Each thing your agent can do besides writing: record the sale, hand the chat to a person, save a piece of data, schedule a follow-up, look up a price. Some are written into the playbook with an exact sentence (Ejecuta la herramienta "Recordatorio Tool" con el query "…"); others the agent uses on its own. Not to be confused with the bridge tools, below. The agent’s tools

What the agent uses

Your products with prices and variants. It is where the agent gets its numbers from: with no catalog it has no prices to give. The catalog
The business’s files: photos, PDF catalogs, price lists, audio. In the menu it is called Library and the screen is titled “Files”.The file Library
A file’s nickname: the word you call it by from the script. By default it is the file name without the extension. Despite its name it is not a sentence in prose: to hit the right file by nickname, the nickname has to be in the marker whole (capitals and accents make no difference). If it does not match anything, the system does not stay quiet: it falls back to a word-similarity match that can deliver a different file. The file Library
Permission for the agent to read a file in order to answer questions about it, without ever sending it to the customer. It is enabled per file, in the Library.

Money and results

What gets consumed when your agent talks. With the balance at zero your agents stop answering new turns, and files cannot be processed for memory either.Credits and top-ups
A sale recorded by the agent during the conversation. It is the unit results are measured with; a cancelled sale stops counting.Orders and metrics

Only if you connect Claude or ChatGPT

Claude, ChatGPT or Codex connected to your business from outside the dashboard. It is optional. In this documentation “your assistant” always means that, and never the dashboard copilot.
MCP is the standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to external tools. The bridge is our connection to that standard: what makes it possible for your assistant to read and change things in your business, with your authorization. The connection URL · Security
Each specific action your assistant can run over the bridge: listing files, reading the playbook, recording something. You do not write them; you ask for them in your own language. A separate list from the agent’s tools.Tool reference
