Works even on Claude’s free plan, which allows one connector. The connection lives in your account, so browser, desktop app and mobile all share it.

Add the connector

In claude.ai: Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector. On a team account, the organization owner adds it from the organization settings.

Paste the URL

?features=all is the link you never have to revisit: features published later show up on their own.

Authorize

Press Connect and authorize with the same account you use to sign in to the OptiMind dashboard. The authorization screen tells you which account you are signing in with — check it there.
Try it: “Go through yesterday’s conversations and tell me where I’m losing sales.”

Common problems

  • It can’t see your data, or sees it empty — you authorized with a different account. Ask it “which OptiMind account are you connected to?”; if it isn’t yours, remove the connector, sign in to darkfunnels.ai with the right account and connect again.
  • New tools don’t show up — start a NEW chat: the tool list is frozen per conversation. Reconnecting is only needed to change the URL.
  • “Out of credits” — top up in the dashboard (Billing); the agent’s AI features stay paused until you do.
