Right after sign-up, the dashboard leaves you on Inicio (“Home”). To the side, the copilot opens by itself to build your agent through conversation; next to it is the screen you are going to look at every day. This guide names each piece and tells you what to do with it. The dashboard interface is in Spanish, so buttons and menus are named here in Spanish with the English meaning in parentheses.

The first thing you see: the copilot building your agent

To the right of Home the copilot opens by itself — on the phone, a drawer that comes in from the side — and starts with “Armemos tu agente” (“Let’s build your agent”):
I’ll ask you a few questions about how you sell, I’ll show you the script and you approve it. It doesn’t spend your balance.
It is the normal path for creating your first agent: you tell it your sales process in your own words, it asks for whatever is missing, and at the end it proposes the complete script for you to approve. Nothing is written until then, and it does not use your credits. The whole story is in Your first agent.
You can close it and come back later: the thread lives in your account, so when you reopen sign-up from the same machine it resumes where you left off, with everything you have already told it.
With the copilot open, Home is still there beside it. That is what comes next.

The banner at the top: your trial

Before connecting WhatsApp, right at the top there is an informational line:
Tu prueba está lista (“Your trial is ready”) — Connect your WhatsApp and we credit your trial credits instantly.
With the Conectar WhatsApp (“Connect WhatsApp”) button, which takes you to Personalizar → Canales (“Customize → Channels”). It is not an error notice: it is the reminder that your credits and the trial clock are waiting for you to link the number. It is explained in Connect your WhatsApp. That same banner turns red the day you run out of balance, and then it offers Recargar créditos (“Top up credits”).

The start-up list: “Pon tu empresa a operar”

It is the card with the progress ring and the label “N de 4 pasos completados” (“N of 4 steps completed”). Its name means “Get your business running”, and these are the four steps that take you from an empty account to a business that sells, in order:
1

Create your agent

Crear agente (“Create agent”) button. It is the salesperson: their script, their way of speaking and their name.
2

Connect WhatsApp

Conectar WhatsApp button. The step that switches everything on and the one that credits your credits.
3

Have your first conversation

It has no button: it ticks itself. The row tells you what it is waiting for — “Your agent is online — this ticks itself with your first conversation”.
4

Record your first sale

It has no button either: “When your agent closes the first sale, it shows up here on its own”.
Below the four there is a discreet queue, “Cuando quieras” (“Whenever you like”), with two optional improvements that do not count towards the ring:
  • Load your catalog so it gives exact pricesAñadir producto (“Add product”) button. It is covered by the catalog.
  • Connect your AI assistant and ask it about your salesVer cómo (“See how”) button. That is the MCP bridge.
There are no boxes to tick by hand here. Each step is verified against your real data, and the card refreshes itself when you come back to the tab. If you have just connected the number or received your first message and still see it pending, go back to Home and wait a few seconds.
Once you have at least one step done, the card starts collapsed into a single row: the ring, the “N de 4” (“N of 4”), the “Siguiente: …” (“Next: …”) with the step that is up — or “Esperando: …” (“Waiting: …”) if it is one of the two that tick themselves — and two buttons, Ver pasos (“View steps”) and Ocultar (“Hide”).
Ocultar (“Hide”) hides the card in that browser only. It does not cancel anything or tick steps: the four still count the same, and the progress is the same if you sign in from another device.
With all four done the card does not fade away: it says goodbye with “Tu empresa está operando 🎉” (“Your business is running 🎉”) and a Listo (“Done”) button.

Your agents: “Personas que venden por ti.” (People who sell for you.)

Under the greeting — “Hola” (“Hello”) and your name — is the Ventas (“Sales”) section. If you do not have any agent yet, you will see “Crea tu primera persona” (“Create your first persona”) — “A virtual persona that talks and sells for you on WhatsApp. You set it up in a couple of minutes.” — with the Crear agente (“Create agent”) button, which opens the same copilot from the beginning. Once you have them, in its place appear the cards for your agents and a dotted Crear agente card for adding another.

The top bar: agents and balance

Top right, always in view:
  • Agentes contratados (“Contracted agents”) — how many agents your plan covers.
  • The Saldo (“Balance”) chip — your credit dollars. It says US$ 0 until you connect WhatsApp, turns amber when little is left and red when the agent no longer answers. Tapping it takes you to Saldo y facturación (“Balance and billing”), which is where you top up.
The numbers and how they are spent are in Credits and top-ups.

The “Cómo funciona” (How it works) tour

The first time you see Home without WhatsApp connected, a one-minute guided tour opens by itself. It is four stops anchored to the screen itself, plus a closing:
Four steps, in order: create your agent, connect your WhatsApp, and the last two tick themselves when your agent talks and sells. It always tells you which one is next.
It answers on WhatsApp with a script you build here by answering a few questions about your business. It takes two minutes and does not spend balance.
Your agent serves customers on your WhatsApp number: you scan a QR, like in WhatsApp Web. On connecting, your US$ 10 of trial credit is credited — minus whatever was advanced to you for building and testing the agent — and your free trial starts.
Today it says US$ 0 and that is fine: it fills up when you connect WhatsApp. Each reply from your agent takes off cents; the chip turns amber when little is left and tapping it is how you top up.
When your agent is online, write to it yourself from another phone: that is the honest test. And if you get stuck, we are on WhatsApp.
You move forward with Siguiente (“Next”), go back with Atrás (“Back”) and leave whenever you want with Saltar el recorrido (“Skip the tour”) or the Escape key.
The tour is not lost: repeat it whenever you like with the Cómo funciona (“How it works”) button in the Home header, top right, next to Actualizar datos (“Refresh data”).

”Ver con datos de ejemplo” (View with sample data)

On day one the dashboard is almost empty, and an empty screen teaches you nothing. That is why a discreet button appears below, Ver con datos de ejemplo (“View with sample data”): it paints Home with a fictional business so you can see what it looks like working. Nothing you see there is yours and nothing is saved. You exit through the bar that appears at the top, with Salir del modo demo (“Exit demo mode”).

Common problems

That is what is expected before connecting. The trial credits are credited when you connect your WhatsApp, not when you sign up, and the 15-day clock starts at that moment. In the meantime you can build your agent all the same.
You hid it with Ocultar (“Hide”), which hides it in that browser. You have not lost progress: the steps still count and the card is still there if you sign in from another browser or from the phone. And if you do not get it back, you are not missing anything: what is left is always the same four steps from above.
It opens by itself once per browser. Open it whenever you like with the Cómo funciona (“How it works”) button, in the Home header.
The test conversations you launch from the dashboard do not count: that step is waiting for a real conversation, from someone writing to your WhatsApp number. Write to it yourself from another phone and it ticks itself.
Go back to Home: the screen refreshes itself when you come back to the tab. If the channel was left on Conectando… (“Connecting…”) or on Acción requerida (“Action required”), the connection did not finish — it is resolved by Connect your WhatsApp.
