ChatGPT’s free plan does not support custom connectors. You need Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise or Edu, with developer mode enabled. If free is all you have, go to claude.ai: its free plan does allow one connector, and it is the same link.

Enable developer mode

Settings → Apps and connectors → Advanced → Developer mode.

Create the connector

Create a new custom connector.

Paste the URL

Authorize

With the same account you use to sign in to the OptiMind dashboard.
Writes (saving the playbook, editing the catalog) ask for confirmation inside ChatGPT before they run. If the assistant can’t see your business, or sees it empty, you authorized with an account other than the dashboard’s: remove the connector and connect again with the right one.
