Where the first ones come from
Your trial brings US$10 in credit and 15 days with up to 5 active agents — plus US$25 if you signed up with a referral code. They are credited when you connect your WhatsApp, not when you sign up, and the 15-day clock starts at that very instant. Before that your balance says US$ 0 and it is not a fault. It is covered by Connect your WhatsApp.Welcome credits are granted once per account, for life. Disconnecting and
reconnecting the channel neither duplicates them nor takes them away.
What consumes balance
What consumes it is the AI’s work, and it is measured for real: there is no flat rate per message and no rounding in your favour or in ours.- Each turn your agent answers — what it reads from the thread and what it writes. A long conversation costs more than a “how much is it?” answered in one line.
- The audio it transcribes, per second of audio.
- The photos it interprets when a customer sends an image.
- The documents it reads when assembling your product’s context.
- Funnel generation and playbook proposals, every time you ask for them.
How much each conversation costs you
The unit that really matters is not the token, it is the conversation. That is why the credits card in Saldo y facturación (“Balance and billing”) translates it with your own data: “This month, each conversation cost you ~US$ 0.15”, followed by how many conversations your agents started this month and how much they consumed between them all. It is an average for the current month, not a rate: it comes from dividing what your agents consumed by the conversations they started, and it is the same number you see on Home as Costo por conversación (“Cost per conversation”). While there are no conversations in the month, the card tells you so instead of inventing a figure. How long it lasts you
It depends on how many conversations you have and how long they are, so any number we put here would be a lie for somebody. The dashboard tells you with your data: in Saldo y facturación (“Balance and billing”), the credits card projects “At your consumption rate, the balance lasts ~N days” using your real consumption for the month. It is the one figure worth trusting. What happens when you reach zero
The cut-off does not wait for exactly US$ 0: your agent goes quiet when the balance drops below US$ 0.10, so you can see a remainder on screen and have it silent all the same. That is why the dashboard distinguishes three notices, and each one tells the truth about its number:
The Saldo (“Balance”) chip in the top bar turns amber when little is left and
red when the agent no longer answers: it is the notice you will see first,
without going into any screen.
How to top up
1
Go into Saldo y facturación
In the side menu, block Administración → Dinero (“Administration →
Money”). Or press the Saldo (“Balance”) chip in the top bar, which leads
to the same place.
2
Press 'Recargar créditos'
The pack picker opens: US$ 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100. Choose and confirm.
Everything is paid in dollars, by card.
3
Pay by card
The charge goes through the payment gateway; your card is stored for the
next top-ups, which are charged instantly without typing it again. The
balance is credited straight away and you will see it in the history as a
Recarga (“Top-up”) movement with its reference.
Trial, subscription and balance are three different things
It is worth not mixing them up:- The trial is 15 days with up to 5 active agents. When it ends, your agents stop answering new turns even if you have balance to spare.
- The subscription is what gives you back the active agents when the trial ends.
- The balance is the AI’s fuel. It is spent with use and topped up whenever you like, whether you are on trial or on a subscription.
