# OptiMind, run by your assistant

> Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Codex to your WhatsApp business: sales playbook, catalog, conversations, orders and metrics — with your authorization, under your account.

OptiMind is an AI sales agent that works your business's WhatsApp. This site
documents the **MCP bridge**: the connection that lets the assistant you already
use (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or any MCP client) operate your workspace.

  There is no access to request: if you have an OptiMind account, you can connect
  right now. Authorize with **the same account you use to sign in to the
  dashboard** — with any other one you would be connecting a business that isn't
  yours.

## What your assistant can do

* **Review conversations**: "Go through yesterday's chats and tell me where I'm
  losing sales."
* **Improve the playbook**: "Read my agent's playbook and propose a better
  closing chapter; save it once I approve." Versioned, with undo.
* **Work the pipeline**: "List the customers who haven't replied in over three
  days and what the agent should say to bring them back."
* Load the catalog, review orders and stock, read metrics, ask the Copilot.

## What it never does

The bridge **never moves money**: it does not charge, transfer, issue payment
links or touch your payment provider. Sales are recorded by your WhatsApp agent;
